ABOUT RAVI:
I’m blessed to have a wife who makes me a kinder, humbler, and more charitable person. Madhu is a physician at Torrance Memorial Hospital and volunteers at the Venice Family Clinic. She’s an incredible mother to our two daughters, Priya and Nisha who are studying Computer Science at Stanford University and USC. We live in Manhattan Beach.
My business partner, Ken Aster, and I worked together over 25 years ago at Hughes Aircraft Company and were roommates and close friends. We are living the American dream and grateful to have self-funded and organically grown Prosum.
I grew up in Akron, Ohio and came to Los Angeles after high school. I love sports, white hacking, supporting our intelligence community, and watching my daughters blossom.
RAVI & YPO SANTA MONICA BAY
I originally joined YPO out of ambition and status. What I received was love, friendship, real world business advice, and a great deal of personal growth.
I came in a hustler and grinder with a naïve gangster-like loyalty. After 16 years in YPO, I have been fortunate to literally grow up and mature while still maintaining who I am. I learned to not take YPO for granted and be truly grateful to be a member of such an amazing organization.
I learned to focus on what I do control vs. what I don’t. I learned to be gracious in my interactions and that helping others is more important than anything. The rest will work out.
In addition to family and friends, YPO has been the biggest positive influence in my life.
